1. UK Shipping

We ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom.

Standard Delivery: 3 – 5 business days — £3.99
Express Delivery: 1 – 2 business days — £4.99
Free Shipping: Available on orders over £100

All UK orders are shipped using tracked services via Royal Mail or a trusted equivalent courier.

2. Order Processing

All orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery progress.

4. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@onthesceneclo.co.uk and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

5. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. On The Scene Clo cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
