Order Processing

All orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM (UK time), or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

1. UK Shipping

We ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom.

• Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch — £3.99
• Express Delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch — £4.99
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £100

All UK orders are shipped using tracked services via Royal Mail or a trusted equivalent courier.

2. EU Shipping

We currently ship to the following selected EU countries:

• France
• Germany
• Netherlands
• Express Delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch — £20.00

All EU orders are shipped using UPS Express or an equivalent fully tracked courier service. Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to customs clearance or local courier operations.

Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by the destination country.
