REFUNDS
When will I receive my refund?
If you would like to return an item for a refund, please email info@onthesceneclo.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return before sending your item back.
Once you've sent your items back, you will receive your refund within 14 days of the item arriving at our returns location. Delivery times for returns may vary depending on the shipping method used.
You are responsible for your own returns, including using a tracked service where possible, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost, delayed, or damaged parcels.
All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Once your return has been received and inspected at our returns location, your refund will be processed.
If you haven't received your refund within 14 days of your return being delivered, please contact us at info@onthesceneclo.co.uk and we will assist you further.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please return your original item first. Before sending your return, please email info@onthesceneclo.co.uk with your order number, the reason for the exchange, and the size you would like to exchange for.
Once your return has been received and inspected at our returns location, we will send out your replacement size.
All exchange items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost, delayed, or damaged returns.
